2. Contract

Product presentation is not a binding offer. By completing checkout you submit a binding order; the contract is concluded when we confirm shipment.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown at checkout including applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins when you receive the goods. Contact us by email to withdraw.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Wellness notice

Our products are comfort products and not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

8. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
